RecommendedEverything. The customer service first and foremost but the quality and accuracy of the diagnosis and the repair work performed. I took my car to another shop close by. They cannot compare to Bavarian Motor Cars. I am trying to get at least a portion of my money back from unsaid shop that's how pissed off i am with them. Bavarian Motor runs circles around them and are hands down better in every regard. BMC has my business from this point on! Period!
We have seen some pretty strange things in our 14 years but this is definitely near the top. Customer stated that water was leaking inside the car near the pedals. We previously repaired a torn driver front vapor barrier so rechecked using our ultrasonic leak detection equipment which revealed no leaks. Inspection of the sunroof drain revealed the driver front drain was clogged. We discovered the source of the blockage to be a live 9mm round!
