Recommended❤️ We visited from Colorado 8/4 and 8/5 2018. We had a wonderful time in this quaint manor with a beautiful sweeping porch and outdoor sitting on the lawn. The German ethnicity of the estate is featured throughout in the décor and the menu choices in the restaurant. The staff is friendly, and our stay was comfortable and fun, we felt nestled in the forest of the northern Catskills. I recommend highly, and we will make return trips.

Freaking prime rib is awesome!!
The food was great. The hostess ignored us when we first came in and did not smile while interacting with us. Their menu states in all caps that potato pancakes can NOT be substituted for starch it is only a side or an appetizer. Why not just allow the substitute for an up charge like they do with other items b.
An absolutely amazing and traditional German restaurant, the food is consistently excellent.
