Andy is the man. He’s an expert mechanic and he’s about you and your car. Not his pocketbook. Like how he told me to fix the necessary fixes first and some other stuff wasn’t necessary.

My boys Andy & Byron are the real deal. I first visited them when I was originally purchasing a vehicle and they were very helpful. Since then, after I purchased my car, and I came back for a valve cover gasket and crankshaft position sensor replacement, oil change, as well as for a suspension inspection (it only needed lubing). I brought my Jeep Cherokee to Andy's shop for a diagnosis after another mechanic recommended an engine replacement without explaining the damage. I was upfront with Andy that I wouldn't be replacing the engine since it wasn't financially worthwhile for me. He seemed understanding and agreed to help identify the exact issue, which I appreciated. The most honest shop I have dealt with in my life. Daughter and wife's car have both been there and the same level of integrity and communication on both. Couldn't speak highly enough about Andy.

I want to thank Andy at Bavarian Independent for his exceptional help in evaluating my car. He provided outstanding customer service and even offered me a ride to work. Although I was originally told that my car needed a new fuel pump, Andy honestly assessed the situation and informed me that no additional services were necessary. Thank you, Andy!
