Terrible apartments. The apartments listed are call Oak Manor Apartments. The entire time I lived there, they had jury rigged wires from the ac outside, running up through the kitchen window and through the kitchen (we had a second floor apartment), leading to what looked like either the switch for the ac or to the hot water heater and we could never close the window because of the wires which constantly poured in bugs, rain water, debris (leaves and whatnot) all over the counter/floor. This is currently called Oak Manor apartments & the picture shown here is is not the apartment complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE! management is a horrible and a complete joke! Some apartments flood inside when it rains. The roofs leak and ceilings are falling in. Nothing gets fixed and no management will answer calls about why nothing gets fixed. This place should be condemned! Do not waste your money!

We applied for an apartment and were accepted. We talked to an employee and were told that we could pay our deposit and such after the employee that we talked to returned from vacation. When we finally did get ahold of an employee (two weeks of calls and multiple personal visits later) we were told very rudely by an employee that the apartment was sold out from under us. I would not apply here without a backup plan as this complex just treats you as another number. There are many other apartments in Pearl that are more respo... read more
