Every time we have gone in for a tasting, confirmations, etc. the cake is always consistently DELICIOUS! The best cake by far. When booking vendors a year ago, my fiancé and I didn't think the cake would be that important, but it is! Tara's professionalism and organization makes mine and my mom's OCD planning selves very happy and we are so grateful we choose them as our baker for our March 21 wedding at Crystal Springs! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Our grooms cake (Aggie seal) and mini pies were not only beautiful, but tasted amazing! We froze the cake and pies and ate them weeks after our wedding... And they were still tasty! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Especially the wide range of services with both companies (chocolate encore).

My parents recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary. We had a big gathering and we designed a wedding cheesecake from Bavarian Cakery. Multiple tiers, customized to our design, fabulous decorating and ample, knowledgeable guidance from the Cakery. Those who attended the party did not even wait for us to cut the cake and take it out to the reception area.. they flocked to the kitchen of the party location (approx 85 in attendance) and took it, piece by piece as it was being cut.
