Please stay away form this place. They do substandard work and when the work breaks down they charge you for doing the same thing over again and that too at an inflated price: Here is my experience: 3/17: replaced water pump : paid 720 for it ( gave me an estimate for fixing oil leak for $ 435 plus tax at this appt that I decided to wait on) 7/18: replace water pump again in just over a year. said that BMW makes them such that they keep breaking down 3/19: Fixed the oil leak and charged me 832 plus tax ( original estima... read more

Extremely pleased with service. We continue to return to Bavarian in Perrysburg. Very honest, very reasonably priced estimates that stay true to end billing. Excellent work ethic and they fixed it when no one else could figure out the problem. We took our car to 5 places and the 6th place, Bavarian, found the problem and it did not cost an arm and a leg like the other places. VERY VERY HAPPY, EXCELLENT WORK AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!

They are not only good, they are often times a great value! – I have been taking my BMW to Rick off and on for several years. When I do not go to BMW, I get bad service or overcharged and then have to get Rick and his professionally trained, knowledgeable staff to make my car run as the engineers had intended. A very professional run shop with quality workmanship. A little expensive but well worth it with the quality of work. Nice to know, old or late model German cars have a shop as knowledgeable as Bavarians for expert service.

Really SUCKS – They are tricksters!!! I'm so sorry for my english, because I'm international student. However, I ordered 3 items in this store 1 month ago and I payed 2 days shipping, but they shipped in time just 2 items. It's was so important for me to get all of them in time, that why I asked them - Can they do it or not, and they said Yes. So they DECEIVED me!!! I've taken my car here a few times and have had AWFUL service EACH time (over charged for services-more than twice the amount as a dealer quote for simple inspection/service, bad quality work-couldn't fix window correctly after taking it back a second time, horrible communication, the list goes on). Save yourself time, money and a major headache and take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here!

AWFUL SERVICE – I've taken my car here many times and greatly disappointed EACH time. They have poor communication, couldn't fix something after taking it back a second time, orders wrong parts, overcharges (charged more than twice the amount as dealer quote for oil change/inspection). Save yourself the headache, time, money and take your car ANYWHERE but here.
