We were on a long-distance road trip with our cats when we noticed smoke and a burning smell—turns out, the previous auto shop had left the oil cap loose, and oil had spilled everywhere. We were so scared and stressed, but Bavarian Auto Shop came to our rescue even though they were busy and about to close. The father and son team went above and beyond to help us.
