We took my friends 328i here for an oil change and to get some fault codes diagnosed and had a very good experience. From the front desk to the highly knowledgeable and certified master technicians, they were very polite and helpful. They had her car done the same afternoon but we were unable to make it there before closing time , so they put it back in the garage and safely stored it overnight. We were on a long-distance road trip with our cats when we noticed smoke and a burning smell—turns out, the previous auto shop had left the oil cap loose, and oil had spilled everywhere.
