I found Bavarian Autohaus Fantastic! It's shocking to hear that people have had such unsavory experiences with Robert. My e46 325i and I were in an accident in late '05. I needed a lot of work done to the front driver side wheel, brake and axel systems... Not only did Robert squeeze my car into his schedule the morning I called, but he also assured me that my car would be completed by the time I got off of work that day, and it was! He even had one of his shop hands drive me to and from work!!! So perhaps the guy is bi-polar... read more

Only BMW mechanic I trust; I send my friends to Robert I'm a shade-tree mechanic, but when I need deeper experience or quick turnaround he's the man. I've been taking my cars to Robert at Bavarian Autohaus since I moved to Denver metro 10 years ago; back then, my 30 year old BMW's rear-end suddenly made really bad sounds on my drive home. A block from a BMW dealer, I pulled in and they diagnosed it as a bad driveshaft (estimate: $1200); I towed it to Robert and he correctly diagnosed and replaced the differential ($400). My ... read more

Beyond Excellent Service I purchased my first BMW in 2003. I immediately took it to one of the other places who tried to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need and that had just been done. I then found Robert and won't go anywhere else. I won't even buy a different car for fear that Robert won't be able to work on it. The man is a saint and has saved me more times than I can count. He takes the word 'emergency' seriously, works himself and his staff to the bone to get it done, charges fairly and accurately, shows me my ex... read more

Great Shop My husband is on his 2nd BMW and has taken them both there for service. Robert is a friendly and very helpful guy. He is always quick to call and let us know what is wrong, and has NEVER done anything that wasn't needed. I know enough about cars to know when someone is pulling my leg, and he has NEVER been that guy! He has even thrown in some small misc. repairs free of charge. He usually has the car ready the same day I bring it in, and gives me a loaner to drive if I need one. He and his guys check the whole car... read more

Bavarian Autohaus is where to get your BMW sorted Robert is an ace mechanic who has an almost intuitive ability to diagnose cars. He truly likes the Bimmers and air-cooled Porsches on which he works, and is always entertaining talk to. Whenever I go in, people are hanging out, just to see what he's up to. I've had my last three cars serviced there, and Robert has shown a passion for seeing the work done right, and making these vehicles as fun to drive as possible. As for the critical reviews, I suspect people bring their own... read more

Great Shop with good techs I have known Robert for over 20 years and worked on all my BMWs over the years. He is the only guy I trust when dealing with all the problems with these cars. He will do what you tell him. If you say get it running and safe and cheap thats what he will do. If you say make if perfect then everything will be fixed and done right. Make sure to clearly tell him what needs to be fixed and he will even use used parts to keep the costs down if you agree to that. Feel free to trust him and letting you use ... read more
