Awful clinic! They don’t answer the phone and don’t even have a doctor on site! Avoid this place at all costs if you need a refill or value your health. The staff is rude to people who need medical attention and don’t offer solutions or sooner appointments.

Great Dr. but they never answer the phone and do not return messages. It will happen if an emergency should arise and i need to speak with them? I like going to DR B but I may be looking for another Dr if this continues.

Love going to a clinic that runs smooth. Not only is Dr. Bautista knowledgeable, his staff are well equipped: kind, helpful, quick and have great communication skills. I love being a part of a clinic that makes the patient a priority, especially during some of my most vulnerable moments.

Staff has always been so helpful whenever I have questions especially the ladies in the front. They are so welcoming and handle patient concerns with the utmost attention. I've seen them deal with difficult patients like some in these comments and will say that they handle the situations with grace. Kuddos to the office staff!
