The front desk staff can be extremely rude and not helpful. Probably helps if you speak spanish. My primary care person does not listen and gives false info and is not at all sensitive to your concerns....i was told he saw nothing wrong with my back....and well still recovering from 2 back surgeries for extensive problems. The list goes on.
