Dr. Bautista was my son's ped since birth. At 3-1/2 years old, he was sick with fever & lethargy. First office visit, she was dismissive. Second office visit, still with fever, lethargy and now bleeding eyes, she sent him home with eye drops. EYE DROPS. We took him to the ER the next day, saved his life. Later, when I got his records from her office, they were filled with derogatory comments about me for my "agitation" and how "frustrating" I was because I was non-compliant with the eye drops.
