Called Bauss due to the fact they're certified XPEL installers. I wanted a Tint and Windshield Protection Film. Spoke/Text Daniel about the quote and its really competitive. He booked me next-day! He did notify me on the film he had in stock had some imperfection and wanted to grab a new roll. He kept me updated when picking up the roll and ETA when he will be ready. Every step in getting my car tinted was seamless like the tint I had put on. Getting the quote was fast and convenient. I was luckily enough to get an appt in the same week with a time slot that fit my schedule. Danny answered all my questions and concerns when it came to choosing the right tint for my vehicle. I had my car windows tinted here, and within a week, bubbles started forming on nearly every window. When I went back to have it fixed, they said it was “normal” and would go away. It’s been over a month, and the bubbles are still there — if anything, they’ve gotten worse. Definitely not professional work, and I regret choosing this place.
They promised a lifetime warranty, but when the tint started peeling and fading after just six months, they refused to fix it without charging me again. Their customer service was rude and dismissive, acting like I was the one who messed it up. Don’t be fooled by their fake guarantees.
Danny demonstrated great customer service and skill when I was interested on applying tints to my car. Such a friendly guy and knowledgeable when explaining the different options I had! The tints took my car to another level of sleek and sporty. Bauss Film Worx will be expecting my business in future!
