I brought a Samsung flip in that was completely broken and wouldn't charge. They were able to recover all of my photos and files. James was helpful and communicative as well.

Bausen Tech did a great job! I asked them to copy my main PC drive and add a larger hard drive. They also noticed that the liquid cooler for the cpu was not working anymore and replaced it with a fan. From start to finish, the process took about a day, and the total for the job was just under $200. They communicated well with me throughout the process. Very greatful for them and will definitely come back if I have other PC needs!

Great shop and very through in their work. Unfortunately, as I suspected my computer was shot and I needed a new one. The staff was extremely friendly and even more helpful. Although they do not sell computers James was was informative in helping discover a newer, updated model. Not recommending brands, but rather assisting in things I need to research for. Newer computer.

I dropped my iPhone and shattered the screen. Amber let me bring it in the same day and had it repaired before I could even finish running errands. Professional, courteous, excellent work and fair prices. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you all so much!
