My screen stopped working 1 1/2 weeks after slipping out of my pocket, it worked, but I couldn't unlock it or use the screen. I couldn't even transfer the contents to a new phone as a result. I called Bausen to see if they could fix it as Motorola phones were not listed on their website. They said they could and bring in in. I got them the exact model number that day (a Wednesday), by midday Friday of the same week they called and it was repaired and ready for pickup. Great and fast service! Brought my phone in to have the microphone checked out. They ordered the part needed and attempted to change it to see if that would fix the problem. Unfortunately it did not but they did not charge me and offered to take a more in depth look to locate the problem. James was absolutely fantastic and found the issue and was able to solve it for me. It's like talking in to a new phone! Thank yall so much again. 😊

Brought my tablet in with connection issues and weird glitchy behavior. They ran diagnostic and found nothing. $44. It connected fine there. Brought it home and it had exact same connection issues making it unusable on my home network. I called back to see if they could help me over the phone. He told me no one was available, call back. Called back the next day, she told me someone would call me back. Never happened. Won’t be returning since it didn’t really feel like they wanted to help.

Bausen Tech did a great job! I asked them to copy my main PC drive and add a larger hard drive. They also noticed that the liquid cooler for the cpu was not working anymore and replaced it with a fan. From start to finish, the process took about a day, and the total for the job was just under $200. They communicated well with me throughout the process. Very greatful for them and will definitely come back if I have other PC needs!
