I order many cakes throughout the year and normally love them . This last time I called to order the same cake that I ordered twice in the month before suddenly it was almost 50 dollars more for the exact same cake. When asked why I was not given any reason . I called Ambrosia and order the same cake I always order and got it for 50 dollars less . So sorry Baums I have used you for many years NO MORE

Very hard to work with . Will never use them again . Charged me for a cake that was never made . Of course they refund my money but I have no cake . No a single phone call very disappointed!
Will not be back. An employee was rude and dismissive. Went in there today with my sister to order a cake and petit fours, and the redheaded girl behind the counter was not very polite. She then proceeded to dismiss me as I was waiting for her to take our other order. Needless to say we didn’t even order the petit fours after the way she acted. Look at these beautiful and most delicious works of art we enjoyed from Baums back in July & September!!!! Edible Art!!!!!! The memory of these still brings joy today!
