Christina was our server and she did an EXCELLENT job! Good customer service is rare these days. It's a lost art.
Christina was amazing!!! My mudslide was made wrong at first, but they fixed it right away with hardly any wait time! This was wonderful for my friend's birthday as it was her first time coming in from Canada! Plus...the gentleman making the popcorn was sweet. Overall, great service :) — at Baumhowers (2465 Eastern Blvd., Montgomery, AL).
We have been here waiting over 2 hrs for a birthday party this is more than ridiculous if it wasn’t for the birthday boy I would have left very upset this is our first time here not impressed at all don’t know if I’ll be back people have come in ordered got their dinner then left not a happy camper right now they have let people come here and hold up tables for over 3 hrs
We have literally been sitting at this place on a Wednesday night for 2 hours and still don’t have a seat. We would of done left if it wasn’t for a birthday dinner.
Great place in town. Every time I come to Montgomery this is a must stop. They have awesome wings and some good unique flavors. Short or tall beer always cold. The five days I spent in Montgomery working I look forward to eating here. The server Candice is awesome and Very attentive. She also is very good at making suggestions on flavors or different items on the menu which is not something you get much these days. I highly recommend if you’re passing through or never been there give it a shot.
