We have had a great experience so far with Zach and Baumhart Road Self Storage. Zach is extremely responsive, and goes above and beyond to be sure you are well set up in your unit (giving detailed instructions for entry, follow up, and personable texts messages to check on satisfaction). The facility is easily accessible (aside from the exit being one way on divided highway so you have to go north on Baumhart Rd until you can make a legal turnaround if going south). I rented for the first time this summer and it was so easy! I called and immediately got a unit. I was able to do it all over texting and calling and access to the location was secure and easy! Would recommend to anyone looking for storage in the area :)
We needed storage quickly and conveniently after doing some spring cleaning despite never having a storage unit before. We went with Baumhart Road Self Storage and can’t be happier. The manager Zach got us set up really quickly and laid out the process for everything very clearly and efficiently. He remains very responsive if we have any questions and we can’t thank him enough for his customer service.
