I have used Dr. Baumgartner for both of my babies. She is the BEST! During pregnancy she always answered any questions I may have had and during labor with my first baby she got him here safely when he didn't want to come out. With my second baby she made it to the hospital for c-section within 8 minutes after being called at home. I tell everyone I know I love her and her staff. They are always friendly and greet you by name. Also have attended the celebration of life she holds yearly and she remembers us by name. She feels... read more

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

Waiting time is terrible, anywhere between 1 hour ~2 hours, just to be seen for 5 minutes. Also except for the first visit, I wasn't seen by Dr. Baumgartner. So far, I think I had around 6 OB visits, and 5 of them were done by her nurse partner . I'm very disappointed now, and if I can go back, will definitely find another OB/GYN.
