Awful. Had to move my RV trailer to a new facilty. Went online but had some problems making a reservation but also wanted to take a look at it, since it could be in a flood zone. There is an office so I figured I could actually talk to human beings in person there at the site. No luck the door to the office is locked and people can't get in. Glad my trailer wasn't in there. Called the number but got a call center, probably in Thailand. They wanted the make, model, license plate but also the VIN and a copy of the title! Plus ... read more

I registered for parking space on the website and it was mostly a smooth automated process. For some reason the automated workflow would not send me an access code to the entrance gate. Getting in touch with a live person took a few calls and finally a voice mail, but once I talked to a real human the issue was resolved quickly. Plenty of space here to maneuver large RV's an boats. Clean and well maintained.

Awesome customer service, great location, premises neat and clean. Eric came to the rescue and helped me with a lock issue when he certainly didn't have to. Highly reccomend and would use again if need be!
