I would not recommend Baumgartner Law for criminal defense. My partner hired this firm with the belief that they would fight for justice, but we experienced the opposite. Birk Baumgartner originally claimed the charges could be dismissed and that he had leverage due to strong exculpatory evidence, including admissions of illegal GPS tracking and issues with the protection order timeline. 5 stars all around! Yes its the court system and things take time, but it felt great having this firm in my corner for the modification of parental time and child support order. Communication from start to finish, Any concern or question was answered in a timely matter making a difficult situation barrable. Got the 50/50 I was fighting for! Will use this Firm for Any legal issues in the future and would recommend to any friend or family member!
I love this firm and the dedication to law and justice. Diligently working on cases 24/7. I cannot be more grateful for the hard work done for myself.
