Absolutely great service and experience! Showed up early quickly figured out issue and ordered parts! Great company to work with! They earned my loyalty!
Just had a warranty call for our Thermador. Got a call back within an hour of talking to Thermador, less than 24 hours later we had two technicians on site who gave us a 15 minutes heads up before they arrived, repaired our range in about an hour. Don't know why their rating is so low, but they got the job done and communicated faster and more reliably than the other two authorized repair companies.
Baumans repaired my Bosch dishwasher. Randy and Daniel are friendly, competent and do a great job. I recommend them and will use them again.
