Update to the Update: I had to go through the whole process again of explaining everything to multiple people, but after a few transfers I finally got to someone who was competent enough to fix the billing issue AGAIN. Based on it resurfacing this past time I’m pretty much resolved to the fact that this is probably going to be one of those situations where I have to start all over with them every few years.
