I came in last week and financed a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with Justin, during the test drive Justin told me to drive around the block and while doing so my husband noticed a sound that we later realized was the wheel bearing and rotors were bad but that was ok we could fix that but after financing the next day the transmission is slipping and hard shifting!!!! I’m waiting to see if they are willing to fix the lemon they sold me ! Was told they would detail it and never did either ! So far bad experience but I will update as ... read more
