Always friendly knowledgeable service! Love the pick up and drop off vehicle service provided!
Super unprofessional. Was told to drop my car off at 7am and leave it there. That it would be done at one. Called at ñoon because I haven't heard from anyone. They never even started and they said they didn't even know it was there because the key wasn't in the drop box. Which nobody ever said to do in the first place. Nobody was even there at the time they told me to drop the car off. I waisted my day off and money to pay someone to pick me up and drop me off to my car.
Service department can make improvements with follow through . Stop leaving customers hanging.
Scott Carroll helped me tremendously in purchasing my first car! He was very knowledgeable about the car’s history as well as any other questions I had. Being located in Indianapolis, I thought it may have been difficult to buy a car online, but Scott made the whole process easy to follow and very quick!
