Each and every time my vehicle is serviced, Matt is very welcoming and accommodating. He explains everything I inquire about. And, the service work has always been excellent. I appreciate the helpfulness of all the employees at this Genoa Ford location.
Clear and upfront pricing, no finance games or dealer adds/hidden fees. Love my Bronco Raptor!
Great experience as usual. Been going here for over 30 years and never feel rushed or pressured. Josh O’Brien was really good at helping us find the vehicle we needed.
This was the most pleasant car buying process I have ever experienced. Brian Gentry, Grant Miller and the finance manager made the whole process simple and stress free.
