I worked extremely hard to purchase this car, only to discover that major issues with the vehicle were never disclosed at the time of sale. The car did not even last two years. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of, as I was led to believe I was getting a great deal when, in reality, the underside was so severely rusted that the vehicle could not even be safely lifted after the purchase. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience, and I will not be returning.
Josh O was great! I was 1 week post partum when I realized 3 car seats wouldn’t fit in my current car. I had to bring my baby to the dealership with me and Josh made sure we had everything we needed, was very patient, and made the process super easy. I got my tags and registration in the mail which was great with a newborn and 2 other young kids, and when we realized it needed an oil change after we got home Josh arranged for someone to pick it up and bring it back for me.
