My family have bought 4 cars from Mike Schlosser over the past 5 years. It has come to my attention that they have parted ways with Mike for a frivolous reason. I always trusted Mike Schlosser with my business because he is a fellow combat veteran that shows more honesty and integrity than anyone else. I have been a loyal customer of Baumann Chevrolet in Genoa, Ohio for years. My family and I have purchased 7 vehicles through Mike Schlosser over the last 8 years. I was incredibly disappointed to learn that Mike is no longer with the dealership. He was the primary reason my family and I chose to do business here, as he consistently provided exceptional service and built a relationship of trust. I see lots of great reviews regarding Mike S. I had the pleasure of working with him for two vehicle puchases. I also understand that he was let go from your company. Lots of people trusted him and came back to him as repeat customers. Your company will lose a lot of business now that he is no longer a part of your company. It's hard to find honest people that care about their customers like he did. Good luck finding a replacement.

So glad I sent pictures and all my information up there and told that they wanted my vehicle badly and then lied about the one I wanted being there and tried to shove a 1,000 a month truck where the sun doesn’t shine just to waste a hour drive and put more miles and waste time and money for nothing.
