Took my truck in with no notice. They had one mechanic on duty and 5 cars ahead of me. Was able to pick my truck up4 hours later and make my camping trip later that day. Appreciate the service I got so much I bought doughnuts for everyone the next morning.
I recently purchased a 2025 vehicle from Bauman in Genoa, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. I’m loving my new 2025 car and really appreciate the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Bauman to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
I would like to give a shout out to Tyler Mulligan, even though he's still green he did an amazing sales job and was the utmost professional salesman..He helped us get into a awsome used car in a emergency situation and showed us the expected attention that is expected from the Baumann auto group....I hope the Baumann auto group knows what type of great salesman he can become...Definitely a keeper!
Quick and very friendly and nice.
