Service side is horrible. Scheduled an appointment for 11am. 3pm and haven’t even looked at it. I understand things happen but communication is free and quick. Could have told me at 8am when I talked to them that they were backed up. Parts are a week out, from a dealership group that has multiple locations. Now I’m waiting for the tow truck to take me to Sandusky. They have the parts in stock and 1k cheaper. Do not recommend!
I just bought a truck from these guys today and they were professional courteous and good to deal with. I recommend if your looking for a vehicle to come here
