I would give this office zero stars if I could! The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for an explanation of the testing, yet they were not able to explain it. I had to call my lawyer to get an explanation. While on the phone, the staff said I could not be on the phone in the hallway despite two other visitors being on the phone in the office while I was waiting to be called. My first experience ever with a Psychologist Still trying to soak in everything and process the clarity we make of things during my sessions with Mrs.Baumann. She is a Great Listener real compationate and patient when hearing you out She actually listens to understand unlike most humanity only listens to respond. I appreciate you and everything you have done for me thus far and continue to take care of me Thank You

Don't go here, even if you have a case and your attorney gives you a referral for here, ask your attorney for another clinic. The mental care that work here are not professional or ethical. I can't go into details or they'll get my review removed. Just know the only decent people here are the receptionists, it's sad, disappointing, and a shame. I recommend the Relevium Pain Specialists on Fort Apache for attorney referrals, that group is phenomenally professional and skilled. But not this Baumann clinic.
