They did a great job on the roof, but I found out that the dryer vent on my roof that they installed is TOO big and not even the appropriate size that it should be for a roof dryer vent (normal size looks to be 2-3 inches, while this one is twice as big). As a result, it is letting lint build up because the vent isn't getting enough pressure to open. I was told by a retired firefighter (25 years on the job) that it was an extreme fire hazard. Hi, we actually reinstalled the same vent you had previously before we did your roof. Those vents arent vents we use, ever. So we just reinstalled the same one. If you'd like to buy a new vent we'd be happy to come install in for you? We havent been opened much in the past 3-4 months. Were hoping to go back full time starting next Monday.
