Very friendly and professional.
I have no quarrel with the clinical care or patient interactions involving Dr. Baum and his clinical staff. I do, however, object to the lack of respect demonstrated by the office staff through their appointment scheduling practices and the behavior and words of some of the members of that staff. (Note: The receptionist is always pleasant and respectful.) I understand when a doctor's schedule gets behind during the day. To me that signifies they are interested in their patients' well-being.
