If I could give Jay Nusbaum a zero star, I would definitely do. Worst experience with him. He ghosted our agent, ignored calls and messages, and completely disrespected the process. Because of his careless and unprofessional behavior, we lost a home we were perfectly suited for. Unacceptable conduct—this person should not be in the business if he can't even do the basics of communication. If you value clear communication and professionalism, look elsewhere.

Jay has helped me find the perfect home three times now, and has been fantastic each time! He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped every step of the way (which was necessary because I had no clue where to even begin when buying/selling a home.) Highly recommend!!!
