love, love, love this office. Dr. Baum and Dr. Carlson take care of myself and my daughter's orthodontic needs. Everyone is awesome and helpful not to mention gentle and friendly. Both my brother 's are patients here also and have nothing but positive to say about them. This is the place to go when looking for the best smile. They also have convenient hours for us working parents.
If you want an orthodontist that can make this process seem like fun to your kids, Dr. Baum is the one to go to!!! My 7yr old daughter is starting the process and you know how scary it can be but instead she is so excited every appointment she goes to all of the staff work together and treat every patient like they're part of the family!!!
I'm taking my daughter here and I love it!!!! Baum and staff are so professional and friendly. My daughter is always exited because of the points she gets and her smile is looking awesome thank you dr. Baum and staff.

This orthodontist is WAAAAY too overbooked. I paid for all services up front for the discount, but now can't get in for an appointment sooner than a month and half out. 3 months if I want an appointment in the afternoon. This is after looking at appointments for two different locations. It's now been close to 5 months since we've been seen, all because I was sick and my son had to miss his last apt. With such poor accessibility I'm thinking I do not want to start treatment for my second child here.
Dr. Pashley and his staff are amazing individuals! They are genuinely caring and compassionate.
