I have had a non-contested custody case going on for over 5 1/2 years. My daughter is now 16 1/2 and can decide for herself. He has given me EVERY excuse possible for why it hasn't been completed. If he had any integrity as a lawyer and a human he would refund me the $2,500.00 I paid him, not including the money I gave for my ex's lawyer.
