I would not recommend anyone to see Dr. Ward. I was startled at my last appointment that neither he nor his staff were following CDC recommendations to wear masks to prevent the spread of the Covid virus. Fortunately for me his patients were all masked. He did put on a mask when I asked him to, but it kept slipping off his face and he proceeded to lecture me on the ineffectiveness of masks. I would not recommend anyone to use Dr. Calcote. I went to him for a complete check, but mainly for a bump I had on my nose. He said it wasn't anything to be concerned about. He could take it off if I wanted but it would be considered cosmetic and insurance wouldn't pay. It continued to grow, so I went to someone else. BASIL CELL SKIN CANCER. I am scheduled for surgery. This man used the MD title to give professional advice to parents and children that they should lie about their vaccine status, and how to go about doing that. He's a "doctor" that doesn't believe in medical science. His license should be revoked.
After reading his Facebook post recommending school children lie about having COVID, I’m leaving his practice. He had a good PA at his office but it’s not hard to find a competent dermatologist. Dr Jon Ward has no credibility anymore.
Dr. Ward & most of his staff didn’t wear masks during the pandemic when transmissions were high & vaccines unavailable. Unfortunately, his policy wasn’t posted, so a patient didn’t realize it until called back to the exam room. Even during the current Covid Delta upsurge in this area he continues to be against masks & vaccinations. His politics shouldn’t affect a patient’s health, so I sought a new dermatologist. In the years I treated with him he was a good dermatologist.
Great doctor and caring staff.
This man is very arrogant and close minded. Will not examine new methods or products.
Dr. Job Ward’s character as a physician are in question given his hate speech online against transgender individuals and his believe that psychiatry is not a valid field of medicine. I shudder to fear the horrors he has inflicted on patients from vulnerable communities or with conditions that make them more vulnerable. Shame on him.
