I’ve seen Dr Baum several times over the years. Great doctor and great guy. Knows his stuff and gets the job done. We are lucky to have such a doctor and his staff in our community. Highly recommend to anyone with skin issues.
I have no issue with Dr Baum or with any of his staff in Gadsden. My issue is that when you call the Gadsden number for them you get someone who is sitting in Florida. The person doesn’t have a clue and to them you are just a name. This is no way to run a practice. You need to be able to talk with the people who know you best not some clerk out of state
There was a barely visible area on the bridge of my nose. After the first attempt to freeze the area off, the spot was still missed so he froze just above it deeply. now my face is scarred with 2 sunken places on my nose.
This Dr knows his stuff! I am a nurse and have seen many physicians that dance around issues or blow you off. Dr Baum is very straight forward and gets the job done. I really appreciate and respect a doctor like this! While I preferred his practice when he was on his own because it was much easier to get in touch with him, I will follow him wherever he goes!
They lost my daughters labs THREE TIMES!!! They never return their patients phone calls. And they FORGOT to register her on ipledge. So for the third time we are going to get labs done with a "promise" that they'll remember to get her taken care of the day the labs come through. I've never been so disgusted with an office in my life!!!
Wonderful man. Great with kids and babies. Just a very kind hearted doctor. Wait time is non existent. He's thorough and quick, without rushing you.
