I lived in a Baughman Property studio on S Limestone for a year and loved every part about it + it was pet friendly so my pup lived with me(we even took a grad photo outside lol)! It’s the perfect location for UK students, I was right across the street from most of my classes. Kim is wonderful and super easy to contact! Definetly recommend any property managed by Kim Baughman

I lived at the Press Ave apartments and absolutely loved it!! They were always super helpful, timely, thoughtful, and friendly! I would recommend renting with them to anyone and everyone!!

I lived in a Baughman Properties apartment for three years and had a wonderful experience. Kim was always a pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and helpful. The apartments are comfortable, reasonably priced, and well-maintained. Maintenance requests were handled promptly and efficiently.

I lived at the Arcs on Main for nearly 3 years, and Kim is by the best property owner that I've ever had! She was incredibly helpful, responded to issues promptly, and was extremely kind and personable. The apartments are also a great deal considering the location, apt. size, and parking. I only moved out to find a larger place, with a backyard, outside of downtown. Kim was absolutely amazing!
