Just went in this morning for my 12 year old son. He had 2 tooth abstractions and a chain put in. All staff were nice, helpful and answered all previous questions I had. Procedure was quick and so far my son is doing great. Very little swelling and hardly any pain. I especially want to thank Paul Cervantes, he went above and beyond calming my sons nerves ( talking about skating) and also calming mine. Bottom line, if your coming to this kind of office then people are already in a tough situation...Ignore the haters!! I've been treated by Dr. Baugh sporadically over the last 30 years. In my a childhood he removed all of my wisdom teeth and I didn't have a bad experience. I also personally know of 5 other people who were treated here and none have had negative experiences. I absolutely love this place. The receptionist lady is not mean just strict! And I love that and the doctor is just awesome!!! He dosen't say much but his work is awesome! Over all it's a great place the dentist assistants are also great! May God bless you guys alot! Have had terrible experience in this place is been months since I’ve been trying to haven my broker seen and all the lady in the front had donde is find excuses and excuses for why I have to reschedule. The only reason I kept rescheduling Is because he really need this surgery. After my fifth time I’m done. They are so unprofessional. Don’t ever waist you’re time here.
Barely 1 star. Dentist and staff are so abrupt and short it's rude and unprofessional. They don't greet the patient or explain the procedure at all. When i asked about after care they refused to answer me and just stated that I would receive aftercare instruction sheet that I cam read after the procedure. Wisdom teeth extraction of my 15 y.o son, which they did nothing to ease his fears of the procedure. Sad.
