Over the past 20+ years, we have purchased 7-8 vehicles from Baugh Ford. I think that speaks for itself.
New vehicle for us, had a Mfgr. recall. Baugh took care of it for us, kept us well informed through the process and all was fixed no return to the shop.
Very nice and friendly love the dealership.
I bought a standard wheel with tire installation for my Ford F350, but they added a sensor that I didn't need and charged me $518.39 for everything. After I left, I realized I had been scammed and they hadn't installed the new sensor I paid for. I had to go back and ask the manager to give it to me. He stalled for a long time and didn't want to give it to me, but eventually he did. I hope I never have to go there again!
I got a 2018 Ford f150 ...I love my truck... I had the friendliest salesman .I've ever dealt with. I bought an extended warranty, was told it would cover everything but the normal wear and tear which I understand that I found an oil leak a month after I had the truck took it to the back to the dealer. They told me $1,700 my son had to go up there and read over the extended warranty because when I asked them was it not covered? The only response I got was I don't know.
