We have always had excellent service at Baugh Ford. We would not let anyone else touch our cars. The service department staff is alway great and very friendly. We've always been satisfied with the service we received at Baugh Ford.

Came in with my beat up but unbelievably reliable hoopty ready to upgrade for something more appealing to the eye! The first thing that caught my eye when I walked in the door was the absolutely SICK mullet the salesman at the front, Heath, was rocking. I knew right then he was the man to sale me a car. He was all about business in the front, but also a party in the back. He did some searching and we did a little test driving and within 48 hrs I was driving off the lot in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee! Really enjoy Heath at Baugh, whenever I go to purchase my next vehicle I know EXACTLY where I’m going.
Poor customer service. Not able to provide a good diagnostic after multiple visits. Just wasted my time and money for nothing. Very disappointed.
