Thank you so much to Baugh Ford for helping us while we were traveling from Indiana to Florida. Brad from sales stayed so that we could drop our truck off and get a loaner to use until the next day. Brad, the service manager checked our truck first thing the next morning and ordered the part that was needed. We did end up renting an suv to drive to Florida for our cruise, but the truck was ready when we returned as promised. Thank you all! Brad and Carolyn Killebrew ( lots of Brads!)
Well, let me just tell you, the people at Baugh Ford on 7th street north, Clanton Alabama, are absolutely amazing my dad and I were on along trip over Over 1400 miles one way and a wrench pops up on the dash screen and The truck loses all power, pull over to the side of the highway 96° with a feel like temperature of 108. We were 60 miles from the nearest exit. So by turning it on and off we were able to drive to our destination. Found a Ford dealership 2 miles from our motel. We told them our dilemma.
