I was freaking out. The bus I was transporting decided to have an issue. I googled my area and was lucky to find this shop. The guys were understanding, honest, and above any expectation I had. Randy put my mind at ease, even Rick helped. I could not thank them enough.

We were towing a 40’ fifth wheel camping trailer and pulled into a road side rest stop and discovered that a bracket to the rear axle on the trailer had broken. I called many places looking for someone to help but no one was available. Even our insurance roadside assistance couldn’t find us help. When I called Bauer the call dropped and they were unable to return the call. Broke down on the interstate after normal business hours..came out and towed me to there shop. Next morning looked it over and it was a simple repair.Was expecting a lot worse.One of the most honest shops I've ever dealt with...Will highly recommend these guys to anyone in that area....

Professional, quick diagnosis. Repaired as soon as the parts arrived. Fairly priced. Comfortable waiting room. Allowed acces to truck throughout the repair.
