Buyers beware… bought and paid in full ($28,000) for our 3 signs on December 4th, 2025… now almost 10 months later and still no completed signs to date. I have been asking for months for a timeline and a plan for completion… I get nothing in return. The salesman keeps saying he has told the owner, but to reply or action to get them corrected. I guess I need to get an attorney to get this project completed.
We signed a contract with Bauer Sign Company over three years ago, and the sign was never completed as agreed. Instead of taking responsibility, they attempted to blame their own employee, which was very unprofessional. Communication has been extremely frustrating. When you call, they take your name and number and promise a callback, but no one ever follows up. After years of delays and excuses, the project is still unfinished. Beware before signing a contract with this company.
