I normally don’t leave long reviews, but Jon & the team was very professional throughout the entire claims process. You normally don’t expect good communication from contractors, but they exceeded our expectations. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with the insurance company. They inspected our roof, verified that there was damage, helped us submit the claim, and then met with our adjuster to discuss the damages.
