Highly unprofessional, misleading pet policies on their listings, and their listed number is wrong on Google, on top of the wrong one being sent out through email (missing a digit might i add). They're also unwilling to work with you if youre coming from out of state (they insist on potential tenants seeing the homes which i agree with, but won't do a zoom tour or anything). love this place very professional super sweet staff, applications went by quickly and efficiently
Just had a horrible experience through this company. They lied about my application saying I had a bunch of bad things on my credit that I don't. They approved my application and after I questioned why I had to pay three times the amount of rent to move in. I asked to speak to the managing broker just to see if there was anything I could do because I've never heard of anyone having to pay that amount to move in. When I was looking for a place about 11 years ago, I was on Facebook looking and everyone who responded to my post had nothing but negative remarks about Bauer Management Realty. They stated that they were slumlords and are not good renters. They truly almost had me scared to rent from them. My landlady slipped me a DM reassured me that all those replies were not true at all. DO NOT rent from BAUER MANAGEMENT. They are slum lords. They screw up your credit even if u pay on time mothly, you will not get your deposit back because they find any and every reason to keep it and they rig everything up in the house rather than fix it correctly. They are a joke. If you have never applied with them, don't .most people don't get approved and they keep ur money knowing you won't get approved and your out the money.
