SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY AND ENERGY- do not bother - Extremely unprofessional experience. The company claims it takes two weeks to verify basic information, requires a non-refundable pet screening fee—even if you’re not approved for the unit—and mandates enrollment in auto-renewal before confirming tenancy. Despite multiple phone calls, they failed to disclose that pets must be neutered, which is a key requirement. The staff was consistently rude and dismissive throughout the process. Lived there for over 2 years, the rent is affordable with electricity and heating included. We loved it! We will miss you Bauer!
Work is done in a very timely manner. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
