Came out to our house, which is about two blocks from their shop fixed a leak and refilled the air conditioner, took him about an hour and a half to do charge this over $2000 and also told us it was only 1900. I won’t be using them again. Update on this had to have another air conditioning place come out found the leak that was never fixed and repaired everything and being the vice president of the HOA of this area. I will make sure and let everybody know This company
I can’t say enough about Micah and his team. I’ve been through an absolute nightmare with my brand-new five-head Gree mini split system ever since it was installed two years ago. I’ve had multiple companies try to fix it and spent a lot of time and money with no success. To be honest, I’ve never experienced this level of service from a company. Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received! I called in the morning when I discovered my heater wasn’t working, and they had someone out that very same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and found that the unit needed to be replaced. Amazingly, they were back the next morning and replaced the entire unit—so fast and efficient! I wasn’t home during the installation, but when I returned, everything was spotless.
