Fantastic experience. The lady on the phone was cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. They sent a technician out quickly. The technician was pleasant and willing to answer my questions. Good experience and very fair pricing
Came out to our house, which is about two blocks from their shop fixed a leak and refilled the air conditioner, took him about an hour and a half to do charge this over $2000 and also told us it was only 1900. I won’t be using them again.

Dave came out and saved me from going with an unnecessary full system replacement of $7,200 that a large company in Boise said was required. Dave replaced one small part that was all that was needed and my AC fired right up! He was honest, where I had clearly been lied to by the previous company. He did the repair quickly and was friendly. I can not recommend Bauer enough, 1000% honesty. Thanks Dave and Vinny!
