Not responsive to phone calls, emails, or texts. Their drivers failed to properly secure a ladder to their truck and cause almost $3K in damage to my vehicle. Driver don’t have proof of insurance or drivers license on hand. I spoke with Sam Prime the office manager from the scene and was assured they had fleet insurance and to just contact the office. That was six wks ago and they have yet to respond and give me insurance information. They don’t stand behind their word, potentially aren’t insured, and are non responsive
