There was a cancellation slot that opened and they were able to come a week early and check our air conditioner that had stopped working. The tech was quick, and efficient. Answered all of our questions and the work pricing, plus parts, was reasonable. He got the air conditioner back up and running for the summer!
Charlie and Matt K were great. professional and polite. Explained thoroughly before starting any work. The project was completed efficiently and cleaned up. You would think Charlie was the owner of the company on how he presented everything. Definitely a valuable asset for the owners of My Guy Plumbing
