I ordered pens from Baudville over a month ago for an upcoming conference, and they still have not arrived. I’ve emailed the company five times without receiving a single response. I’ve also called four times, and although I’ve been able to speak with someone, each time I was told they would follow up and no one has. Very disappointed with Baudville lately. I have been a loyal customer for years because the products are beautiful, but the service and reliability have declined tremendously since last year. Multiple delayed orders, incorrect items, poor communication, and no proactive updates from customer service. My latest order was placed with plenty of time for an important employee celebration, only for me to discover myself that the items were on backorder after weeks of waiting. They made something for one of my organizations. A friend started the order, but was out of commission when it was scheduled to arrive so it was shipped to me. The items were nice. Now I’m getting mailings for both of us an CANNOT get our names off their mailing list despite calling and mailing them Poor attention to keeping customers happy
Updating - Baudville has gone WAY above and beyond to fix my issues.
