Very disappointed with Baudville lately. I have been a loyal customer for years because the products are beautiful, but the service and reliability have declined tremendously since last year. Multiple delayed orders, incorrect items, poor communication, and no proactive updates from customer service. My latest order was placed with plenty of time for an important employee celebration, only for me to discover myself that the items were on backorder after weeks of waiting. They made something for one of my organizations. A friend started the order, but was out of commission when it was scheduled to arrive so it was shipped to me. The items were nice. Now I’m getting mailings for both of us an CANNOT get our names off their mailing list despite calling and mailing them Poor attention to keeping customers happy

Updating - Baudville has gone WAY above and beyond to fix my issues. I cannot stress enough how wonderful Tedrick has been to work with, and how much his passion for his company, job, and customers shines through. To have someone who can turn me from a one-star to a five-star review is noting short of miraculous! This company is poorly managed. The customer service team is poor. Their follow-through is poor and they definitely don't meet the delivery dates that they promise! This company ruined a special retirement party for my employee. I hate this business. I want to be removed from all of their mailing lists. Don't send me anything. I will never even click their website again.
