My family had THE most horrendous experience with Baucom's during my mother's celebration of life. The security guard treated patrons, Elders, like trash and groped Elder women as well as younger women. The guard was uncommonly disrespectful, vile, and NEVER offered any apology for their actions. I brought this to the attention of the owner and he NEVER felt it suitable to tell me or my family what the outcome of his "internal discussion" with the guard meant.
