I live in apartment complex. You guys came out sprayed, they ate still here waiting on two more treatments from you but the spray didnt work!!!
Weren't quite as patient as I expected to be. Quality of work, yet to be seen.
Had a situation where we needed to know if they could come on a short notice. If not, we'd just try someone else. After putting a lot of time in on the phone getting things set up, they dropped the ball and did not call us back as promised. When I called to make sure if things were happening, there seemed to be a lot of confusion. I think when you call their local number, you're actually talking to someone in a different city. Personally prefer dealing with local people.
