While the service is most amicable, the follow-through has a lot to be desired. My appointments have been regularly cancelled, and trying to reschedule them has been difficult. To this firm's credit, I did forget one appointment and I was unavailable for almost a month. But I experienced this in the months prior to my unavailability, and the weeks afterwards as well.
