My husband and I have been patients at this dental office for years and have had wonderful care. The dentists are kind and caring. I have recommended this dental group to many of my family members and friends.
This is the dentist my family is assigned to they traumatized my 2 children into being terrified of the dentist. They were excited when they went in the dentist who obviously didn't have any kids had no way to relate to my scared children. They were supposed to send a refusal to my insurance for my kids. I waited the month they told me to wait. Called my insurance lo and behold they never sent a referral. I called them they claimed they were busy and would call me back and they never did. They do horrible work. The office manager along with most of the staff is rude and inflates your bill, charges inflated fees. The office manager hit my daughter into the wall and did not apologize. The office is a nightmare, go anywhere else and you will be treated %100 better!
Little Shop of Horrors. 1. authorized use of credit without permission 2. botched a procedure where I experience permanent acute pain in my mouth when using any mouth rinse 3. takes 3 weeks to make an appointment, despite being in pain 4. attempts to fraud the insurance company by doing either unnecessary procedures or claiming they did work they didn't I reported to BBB, but I doubt that accomplishes anything. Go here at your own risk.
My wife had her wisdom teeth pulled here and it took them two an a half hours for them to see her. we thought maybe they were just busy but it happened with me too. We had the exact same thing done but i was charged more with the same insurance. Then they advised to only pull the top two but i was charged for all four of them. They also refused to change my appointment before the three day 100 dollar charge to do so. Horrible and we will be changing surgeon.
Waited for an EMERGENCY referal for my 4 year old daughter for 2 1/2 weeks for a pediodontist specialist and everytime I called I was told someone would call me back. i'm still waiting. They didin't even care if she was in pain. I would give the a ZERO STAR if there was one.
