Batts AVL earns an absolute ZERO for follow up support. We purchased lights for the theater. Now - well within warranty - we have one light totally non-functioning and two other lights working only intermittently. Batts has not responded to our requests for support. They do not return calls. This has been going on for over 6 months. STAY AWAY FROM BATTS !!
