Very poorly managed I got a storage unit April 2025 have my payments made automatically all of a sudden I noticed a price rate going up without any notice at all. I called to complain and she reassured me that I would not be charged told me that I deserved a notice before I would be charged and that I would then be charged in three months the higher rate I agreed to that next month comes and I’m charged the same rate and she denies the conversation. Used to be reasonable priced. Under new ownership and they are raising prices. I can get a climate-controlled storage space for the prices they are charging now. This used to be a hidden gem that I sent family and friends to. Now it appears nothing sets them apart from the hundreds of other storage facilities in town. I will be seeking other storage needs. Very disappointed.
I've been renting for about a year now. Before I signed the contract I told manager I couldn't pay rent till the 3rd of every month, she agreed. One time I was late and I paid it the following day because of some serious medical issues had a rose it I just threw me off. New Year's 2026, I got paid early so, I paid the rent on the 2nd.
