We rented a unit here when we moved to Springfield. The unit was convenient, clean, and secure. The woman who worked in the office, Jeanene Hunter, is very friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend.
Janene was very helpful in helping me get the storage unit and answered my call when I needed help.
I have been using their storage unit for a few months now and I am very pleased. It was very clean when I moved in. It is also insulated pretty good. I like how it is closed off from joining units. I used to have my stuff at a climate controlled facility but it was not a good experience. The top of your storage space was open in a building!! Plus the stairs sucked, lol.
Jeanene is a good manager of this property. It is kept clean and she is kind person.
