Love it. Everyone is so friendly. Makes it fun to "work out"
Tina, the owner, really shows that she cares about each of her clients and the clients themselves are all very nice... it has that family vibe. The new building is fantastic and kept very clean and well organized. You can tell the owners take pride in their facility. The building has changing rooms, shower facilities and a designated area to store your belongings while you work out.
